Setup Instructions
- Download the n8n workflow JSON file.\n2. Import the workflow into your n8n instance.\n3. Configure Gmail Nodes:\n a. For 'Email box 1' (and 'Email box 2' if using), authorize your Gmail account(s).\n b. In each Gmail node's 'Options', select 'Inbox' under 'Label Names' and ensure 'Simplify' is unchecked.\n c. If you only need one inbox, delete the 'Email box 2' node. To monitor more inboxes, duplicate a Gmail node and connect it to the 'Get email' node.\n4. Configure Pipedrive Nodes:\n a. Add your Pipedrive API credentials to the 'Search Person in CRM', 'Get person from CRM', and 'Create deal in CRM' nodes.\n b. Pipedrive Custom Field Setup: In Pipedrive, navigate to Company Settings > Data fields. Under 'Person', click 'Add custom field'. Name it
