Prerequisites
- An n8n instance (Cloud or self-hosted).
- OpenAI API Key with access to a GPT-4 model.
- Google credentials (OAuth2) with permissions for Google Sheets and Gmail.
- A Google Sheet containing the feedback data you want to analyze.
Setup Instructions
- Import the workflow JSON file into your n8n instance.
- Configure the 'Get Google Sheets records' node. Authenticate with your Google account and select your spreadsheet and sheet name.
- In the 'Aggregate responses into arrays' node, update the field names to exactly match the column headers in your Google Sheet.
- Configure the 'Summarize via GPT model' node with your OpenAI API Key. You can also edit the system prompt to fine-tune the summary's tone and structure.
- Update the 'Send via Gmail' node with your desired recipient email address and authenticate with Google.
- For continuous automation, replace the 'Manual Trigger' with a 'Schedule' trigger to run the agent daily or weekly.
- Activate the workflow.
