Prerequisites
- An n8n instance (Cloud or self-hosted).
- OpenAI API Key with access to a suitable model (e.g., gpt-4o).
- Airtable account and API credentials.
- Google Drive and Google Calendar OAuth2 credentials.
- SMTP credentials for sending emails.
Setup Instructions
- Download the n8n workflow JSON file.
- Import the workflow into your n8n instance.
- Configure credentials for all required services: OpenAI, Airtable, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Email Send (SMTP).
- In the 'On form submission' Trigger, update the
formDescriptionwith your specific job posting details. - Update all Airtable nodes to point to your Airtable Base and Table. Using the 'Simple Applicant Tracker' template from the Airtable Universe is recommended.
- Review the prompts in all OpenAI and AI Agent nodes to align them with your company's tone and specific needs.
- Adjust the score threshold in the 'shortlisted?' IF node to match your criteria (default is 0.7).
- Activate the workflow.
