Setup Instructions
- Download the n8n workflow JSON file.
- Import the workflow into your n8n instance.
- Configure the 'Search Cold Leads Without Icebreaker' Airtable node: Authenticate with your Airtable Personal Access Token, select your Base and Table. Ensure the 'Filter by formula' targets leads where your 'Ice breaker' field (or equivalent) is empty.
- Configure the 'Scrape Lead Website with Dumpling AI' HTTP Request node: In the 'Authentication' section, select 'Header Auth'. Enter your Dumpling AI API Key in the 'Value' field for the appropriate header name (e.g., 'Authorization' or as specified by Dumpling AI, often 'Bearer YOUR_API_KEY').
- Configure the 'Generate Icebreaker, Summary & Email (GPT-4o)' OpenAI node: Connect your OpenAI account using your API Key. Ensure 'GPT-4o' is selected as the model. Review and customize the prompt to refine the output according to your needs.
- Configure the 'Save AI Output Back to Airtable' node: Authenticate with Airtable, select the same Base and Table. Map the AI-generated fields (e.g.,
icebreaker,summary,email_body) from the OpenAI node to the corresponding columns in your Airtable table. - Adjust the 'Run Daily to Process New Leads' Schedule Trigger node to your preferred execution frequency (e.g., daily, hourly).
