1. Download the n8n workflow JSON file.
2. Import the workflow into your n8n instance.
3. Configure your Apify API credentials in n8n (store your APIFY_TOKEN) and ensure the Apify nodes in the workflow are set to use these credentials.
4. If using the Google Sheets export (default mode): Configure your Google OAuth credentials for Google Sheets within n8n and select them in the 'Google Sheets' node.
5. To run in Form-Based Execution Mode (Default - Google Sheets Output):
   • Ensure the 'Form Submission' trigger node (or equivalent start node for form) is active.
   • The workflow may provide a UI/form (when triggered) to input LinkedIn post URLs.
   • Execute the workflow. After submitting the post URLs, it will process and redirect to the Google Sheet with enriched leads.
6. To run in Manual CSV Export Mode:
   • Deactivate any form-based trigger nodes and associated UI nodes.
   • Activate the 'Manual Trigger' node (or a similar starting node for manual runs).
   • Deactivate the Google Sheets export nodes.
   • Activate the CSV download/export nodes (e.g., a 'Spreadsheet File' node configured for CSV or a 'Move Binary Data' node for download).
   • In the 'Set manual fields' node (or equivalent Set node), input the LinkedIn post URLs/IDs directly.
   • Execute the workflow and download the resulting CSV file from the designated CSV export node.
7. Review the configurations in the Apify nodes ('LinkedIn Post Comments Scraper', 'LinkedIn Profile Batch Scraper') if you need to adjust scraper parameters.
8. Activate the workflow for ongoing automated lead generation.
