Prerequisites
- An n8n instance (Cloud or self-hosted).
- OpenAI API Key with access to a GPT-4 model (e.g., gpt-4o).
- Google Calendar and Gmail credentials (OAuth2).
- Apify account and API Key for web scraping.
- Your personal LinkedIn session cookie (
li_at). - WhatsApp Business Cloud credentials.
Setup Instructions
- Download the n8n workflow JSON file and import it into your n8n instance.
- Configure your credentials for OpenAI, Google Calendar, Gmail, Apify, and WhatsApp within n8n.
- In the 'Check For Upcoming Meetings' node, select your calendar from the dropdown list.
- In the 'Set LinkedIn Cookie' node, replace the placeholder with your actual LinkedIn session cookie (
li_at). Important: Be aware of LinkedIn's Terms & Conditions when scraping. - Configure the 'WhatsApp Business Cloud' node with your Phone Number ID and the recipient's phone number (your number).
- Optional: Review the prompts in the three 'Agent' nodes (e.g., 'Attendee Research Agent') to customize the tone and content of the generated briefings.
- Activate the workflow. It will now run on the defined schedule.
