Setup Instructions
- Download and import the workflow into your n8n instance.
- Configure the 'Microsoft Outlook' trigger node with your credentials and specify the folder to monitor (e.g., 'Inbox').
- Select the 'Ollama Chat Model' node and enter the Base URL for your Ollama instance and the desired model name.
- In the 'varID & Category' node, edit the
categoryfield to define your custom email categories. - Adjust the
Switchnode and the corresponding 'Microsoft Outlook' move nodes to align with your categories and destination folders. - Activate the workflow to let your AI Agent start organizing.
