Prerequisites
- An n8n instance (Cloud or self-hosted).
- OpenAI API Key with access to a model like gpt-3.5-turbo or gpt-4.
- WordPress credentials with permissions to read/write posts and tags (REST API Application Password recommended).
- The URL of your WordPress site.
Setup Instructions
- Import the workflow JSON into your n8n instance.
- Configure the 'OpenAI Chat Model' node with your OpenAI API credential.
- In the 'GET WP tags', 'POST WP tags', and 'Wordpress' nodes, select or create your WordPress API credentials.
- Update the URL in the 'GET WP tags' and 'POST WP tags' HTTP Request nodes to point to your WordPress site's domain.
- (Optional) If using the RSS trigger, update the 'RSS Feed Trigger' node with your source feed URL and set your desired polling interval.
- Review the prompt in the 'Generate tags for article' node to adjust the AI's instructions if needed.
- Activate the workflow.
